Electrik Dave is a record producer, songwriter and arranger. He plays every instrument, directs vocal sessions, and lives in Pro Tools, editing, comping and arranging, and lining up timing so it's tight and musical, on the grid or off it, until a track feels finished.

Most projects start in one of two places: a rough idea that needs to become a record, or a nearly finished record that needs to come up a level. Artists usually say the result sounds like a whole new song.

His home base is Electronic Dance Funk, and he has produced a lot of house, plus pop, R&B, hip hop and rock. He can work in nearly any style. When he writes a song, he produces the vocal sessions too.

Mixing and mastering can go to your own engineers, or be referred out.
