He began studying drums at the age of 5—first under Master Alex Battini De Barreiro, then under Master Ivan Fossati (percussionist for the Rai Orchestras, La Scala in Milan, and the Orchestra Verdi of Milan), while simultaneously attending the CDCM.
At age 8, he won the award for best performance in the youth category of CDCM.
After earning his diploma, he continued his studies as a self-taught musician, specializing in Rock and Metal.
In 2014, he began performing live as a Progressive Death Metal drummer.
Later, he performed as the founder of a Folk Metal band, opening for established acts in the genre (Tyr, Skiltron..) and playing major festivals.
Currently, as a vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer, he is working on his solo project, Silhens.
In 2014, he began teaching both privately and across various institutions, instructing students of all ages and skill levels in public and private schools as well as marching bands.
