Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A: Can you create something specifically for my sound?” Yes. I start with your influences, vision and goals, then build the production around you rather than forcing your vocals onto a generic instrumental.

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

A: My production setup is centered around the Akai MPC One Plus, Akai MPK249 keyboard and Reaper DAW. I use a combination of sampling, MIDI, virtual instruments, sound design and audio processing to build complete productions.

Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

A: Timbaland, Pharrell Williams, Metro Boomin, Dr. Dre and Mike Dean inspire me. I respect producers who create a recognizable sound while still building production around the individual artist.

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

A: One project I’m especially proud of is “Shady” by Lah Trill. I served as the music producer, developing the instrumental, arrangement and overall musical direction. I focused on creating a hard-hitting production that complemented the artist’s performance while giving the record its own identity.

Q: What are you working on at the moment?

A: I’m currently expanding the Exclusive Beats production catalog with original Hip-Hop, Trap, R&B, Pop, Reggaeton, and Afrobeat production while developing music for artists and sync licensing opportunities.

Q: Analog or digital and why?

A: Digital, because it gives me speed, flexibility, recall, and virtually unlimited creative possibilities. At the same time, I like incorporating the character and imperfections associated with analog production when the record calls for it.

Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

A: I’ll treat your music like a record, not an order. My goal is to understand your vision, communicate clearly, and deliver original production that gives your music its own identity.

Q: What do you like most about your job?

A: Taking an idea that doesn’t exist yet and turning it into something an artist can build an entire record around. That transformation from an empty session to a finished piece of music never gets old.

Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

A: That production is simply making a beat. Great production is about building the entire musical foundation of a record—emotion, arrangement, dynamics, sound selection, transitions, and creating space for the artist.

A: What sound are you looking for? Which artists or records represent the direction you want? What emotion should the record create? Most importantly, what is the biggest challenge you’re currently facing with your music?

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: I began producing and composing music in 2008. Over the years, I developed my skills in production, audio engineering, sound design, arrangement, and sync-focused music. Today, I produce through Exclusive Beats LLC with an emphasis on original production for artists and media opportunities.

Q: How would you describe your style?

A: Modern, melodic, hard-hitting, cinematic when needed, and artist-focused. I like combining memorable melodies with strong drums, detailed arrangements, and unexpected musical elements.

Q: Can you share one music production tip?

A: Don’t add sounds just because there’s space for them. Every element should serve the artist, emotion, rhythm, or movement of the song. Sometimes removing one sound makes the entire production stronger.

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: Hip-Hop, Trap, R&B, Pop, Reggaeton, and Afrobeat. I enjoy blending elements across genres when it helps create something fresh and distinctive.

Q: What's your strongest skill?

A: My strongest skill is turning an idea or musical direction into a complete production. I focus heavily on composition, arrangement, sound selection, drums, and creating memorable moments that make a record stand out.

Q: What do you bring to a song?

A: I bring emotion, musical identity, strong arrangement, and attention to detail. My goal is to create production that gives the artist room to perform while still making the instrumental memorable enough to have its own identity.

Q: What's your typical work process?

A: I start by understanding the artist’s vision, influences, sound, and goals. From there, I build the production around the emotion and direction of the record—developing the melodies, drums, arrangement, transitions, and overall energy until the track feels complete and ready for the artist.
