Every song has a story. My job is to make sure people feel it. With 8+ years as a lead engineer in professional recording studios, I’ve produced and mixed multiple officially released songs for myself and other artists. I also bring live sound experience, delivering polished audio that brings your vision to life.
Music has always been about more than great sound—it’s about creating something that resonates long after the song ends. I take a collaborative approach to every project, working closely with artists to understand their vision and bring it to life with clarity, emotion, and attention to detail.
My experience includes over three years as a lead engineer in professional recording studios, where I’ve worked on a wide range of projects from recording and production to mixing. I’ve contributed to multiple officially released records for both my own music and other artists, and my background in live sound has given me an understanding of how music translates across different listening environments.
Whether you have a finished recording that needs the final polish or an idea that’s still taking shape, my goal is to help you create a record that you’re proud to release and that listeners will remember.

Interview with Joshypreme
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: My biggest production tip is to focus on the recording before you focus on the mix. A clean performance, a good recording space, proper mic placement, and a quality preamp will make a much bigger difference than any plugin. Great mixes start with great recordings.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: specialize in Hip-Hop, R&B, Soul, and Indie, as those are the genres I'm most passionate about and work on most often. That said, my studio experience has allowed me to work with artists across many genres, including Dancehall, Pop, Reggaeton, ballads, and more. Working with such a diverse range of music has helped me become a versatile engineer and producer while reinforcing that every song deserves its own unique approach.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is taking an artist's vision and turning it into a record that feels authentic to them. Technical skills like recording, editing, and mixing are essential, but I believe the best results come from understanding the emotion and intention behind the music. I focus on creating mixes that enhance the performance rather than overshadow it, making sure every decision serves the song. My background in production also allows me to contribute creatively when needed while always keeping the artist's goals at the center of the process.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most of my work involves helping artists turn their ideas into polished, release-ready records. Depending on the project, I handle production, recording, editing, and mixing, always tailoring my approach to the artist's vision rather than using a one-size-fits-all process. I enjoy working closely with clients throughout the creative process, whether they're building a song from the ground up or bringing me in to add the final polish. My goal is to create records that not only sound professional but also connect emotionally with listeners.
