I believe being REAL in songwriting is the key. If it doesn't give YOU goosebumps, then it won't spark emotion in others. So let's find that magic together.

I get excited about everything from reggae to rock, jazz to country, folk to pop... I used to think that was a flaw of mine; that I should be more focused. Now I embrace it. In my regular writing sessions, I do my best to tear off the filter and just let it flow out. Some days I leave the studio with a roots-reggae tune, the next it's a folk, singer-songwriter ballad, and the day after that, my vocals are blown out from creating a heavy rocker. My ability to be a chameleon writer keeps my creative energy fresh, and allows me the chance to work with artists of all genres.

It's hard to truly get to know someone over some words on a page, but if you and I were sitting down over a beer right now (or coffee), you'd quickly realize that I'm lively, animated, easy-going, and have an unquenchable thirst for creating new music. (Also, I always find a way to work my love for The Beatles into every conversation.)
