I record mostly in Pro Tools but can also record in Logic Pro, and I utilize the most recommended high-end microphones used in the recording industry (Shure, AKG, Sennheiser, Dachman Audio, sE, Audix, Audio-Technica). I use the RME Fireface UFX III interface with RME 12 Mic, Focusrite 18i20, and the Scarlett Octopre for preamps and multiple channel/tracking with various compressors, EQs, plugins from names such as SSL, Avid, Waves, Black Salt Audio, Focusrite, and Universal Audio.

I typically record multiple tracks (12), but this can be customized to the clients specific needs. This includes multiple Kick tracks (kick & Sub-Kick), multiple snare tracks (top & bottom), hi-hats, 2-4 toms depending on what the song dictates, two overheads, and multiple room mics.
