I started out as an independent artist but as necessity would have, i got into music theory, which in turn would prod me into the world of audio engineering unprecedently, to having me produce an Ep and a couple of singles for myself and also recently setting up a commercial recording studio in my town.

I am Michael Mwangi (A-1 rokker), a multi talented Kenyan born, Nairobi based musician. I rap, sing, songwrite, produce, mix and master my own music that can be found across major streaming services.
I am at a stage where i feel confident enough to offer my mixing and mastering services, also, i would love an opportunity to collaborate on projects as i have learned we all have a different perspective to sound and blending our differences is what could birth the extra touch of mojo in a track.
