Muzafaru Kyakuwa Gadee, professionally known as Gadee256, is a Ugandan-born vocalist, songwriter, and emerging Afro‑fusion artist whose journey bridges East African roots with the creative energy of the United Kingdom. Formerly known by several stage identities including Rasta Gadee, Afande Gadee, and Professor Gadee he now embraces the name Gadee256, a signature that reflects both his family heritage and the country code of his motherland, Uganda.
Born and raised in Mayuge District in Busoga, Uganda, Gadee256 developed a reputation early in life for his powerful voice, rapid songwriting ability, and charismatic presence. His years serving in the Uganda Prisons Service unexpectedly amplified his popularity, as his vocal talent and musical skill became widely recognized within the institution and beyond.
Despite financial challenges that prevented him from completing his Senior 6 final examinations, Muzafaru’s academic journey did not end there. After relocating to the United Kingdom, he reignited his education earning a Level 3 Certificate in Business Administration, completing an equivalency qualification for university entry, and progressing into a Business Management degree in London. His academic discipline and artistic ambition now move side by side.
