Over 300+ million streams, 10+ billion sync views, and collaborations with major labels and artists. Currently working a lot on UKG, Techno, Drum & Bass

I've spent the last 10+ years working in the music industry, done countless productions for my own projects JJD, RAVEWALKER, Explorers of the Internet and more, as well as done loads of productions and writing for other artists and hobbyists. If you want some high-quality production work done, I'd love to see how i can help!

What I do:
I work across a wide range of genres including Dance, EDM, and Pop, and all of its subgenres, with some experience in videogame music composition, and I am always willing to broaden my horizon and explore different genres and vibes together. If you bring me a rough idea, a full demo, raw vocals or reference tracks, I will turn it into a fully polished, release-ready song.

I can:
- give you a full release-ready song production from scratch
- help take your demo production to a release-ready state, and help you get that catchy & hooky feel to your song, like desiging lead melodies and bass sounds.
- mix and/or master your song
- produce your vocals (comping, editing, tuning, timing)
- give you a quick demo production to take your topline to the next level

Work style:
I like to work quickly and bounce ideas back and forth. There's no strict revision limit (within reason), as I want us both to be happy with the result.

I'm looking forward to working together, contact me and let's talk about the hits we'll create!

Interview with Job Drost

  1. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  2. A: make music :)

  3. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  4. A: don't get lost in the sauce untill you're certain that the vibe & direction of the song are clear! Trust your ears, if it sounds good, it is good.

  5. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  6. A: Anything within electronic and dance/pop. From the roughest hardstyle and dubstep related genres, to chill-house or bedroom pop, or anything in between.

  7. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  8. A: I get inspired by almost all new music I here. It all started with the dancepop, eurodance and progressive house of the late 00's and early 2010's, and I've since tried to keep a keen ear for all new and upcoming artists to get influenced by.

  9. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  10. A: I either work off ideas provided to me, like a vocal or melody hook, or a bunch of reference tracks, or I get together with songwriters to get new ideas and work on demo's and create something brand new from scratch. I then work untill everyone is happy, whether that is making a demo 50% done so that there is a clear picture of what the song is going to be once finished, or finishing it entirely myself, including mixing and mastering.
