Folk & Alt Music Producer

I bring your folk or alt pop vision to life with real instruments - credits include Geese, BBC Radio 4, and Goblin Band. Based in London studios. I specialise in blending classic analog techniques with digital wizardry to make your music sound full of life. Can work on old-school tape or DAWs. I am a trained studio engineer/producer and violinist.

My expertise lies in analog studio recording and creative digital music production, as well as mixing/mastering. I can work in-person or remotely.

I like to work with clients to find a unique sound for every project, imbuing that extra touch of magic while also ensuring the music truly sounds like you and brings your vision to life.

I’m happy to add strings where needed, with over 20 years’ experience playing the violin.

As a producer/engineer I'm all about working with you to make your record happen! Whether you're a solo artist, band, or organisation/ From EP's and albums, to singles, radio shows, or live sessions.

The studio is such a creative and magical space where you can just get lost in making sound. I'm a resident producer at Hackney Road Studios and Unit 9 Studios in London, within a network of pro session musicians and personnel who can be booked onto projects as needed.

I'm lucky to be mentored by Sean Woodlock & Mikko Gordon and to have had the opportunity to work on some amazing projects, including for Nigel Godrich (From The Basement) and Bill Dare (BBC Radio 4), as well as many wonderful musicians and artists, including Geese, Goblin Band, Amplify Her, The Water Chorus, Creature & Machine, and Liya Shapiro.
