Violist and composer based in San Francisco, Noah Morsi is known for his versatility in classical, contemporary, pop, and media-oriented music settings. As a performer, he specializes in expressive, high-level viola playing, with experience spanning in orchestral, chamber, solo, and collaborative projects. He has performed with a diverse range of artists including Dave Eggar, Drake Bell, Toby Gad, Nicole Paiement, and Foreigner, bringing adaptability across both classical and commercial music environments. He is comfortable working from written scores, sketches, audio references, or creative direction, and brings strong sight-reading ability, stylistic flexibility, and a focus on clean, musical recordings.
Noah trained at Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music (BM in Viola Performance, High Distinction) and is currently pursuing graduate studies in both Viola and Composition at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, studying with Dimitri Murrath and David Garner.
Available for remote recording sessions, studio work, and live performance collaborations.
