Eric Rivera on SoundBetter

Professional singer offering 24-hour guaranteed vocal delivery. I focus on adding vocals aligned with your vision for every song. I deliver broadcast-ready vocals with fast communication and a polished final product. My work is built for artists, producers, and brands looking for vocals that feel premium, emotionally honest, and ready to release.

I’m a professional bilingual (English & Spanish) vocalist, songwriter, and recording artist. I specialize in R&B and Pop vocals with over 15 years of experience recording vocals and songwriting. I create emotionally driven lead vocals, catchy hooks, vocal arrangements, and toplines built to connect with your vision for your project! Whether you need a smooth R&B record, a radio-ready pop chorus, or melodic vocals that bring your track to life.
My primary focus is R&B / Pop lead vocals, with additional songwriting and vocal work in Rap, Latin, and Reggaeton. I specialize in strong hooks, memorable melodies, clean vocal delivery, and records that feel intentional, modern, and commercially competitive. All my sessions are run with my Executive Producer and Mixing Engineer, Carlos. All vocals can be delivered in your preferred format or stems upon request.

Interview with Eric Rivera

  1. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  2. A: Early in my career I had to clarify that I release music through our company Enphinity Music ( I am co-founder) as the copyrights holder for the release. We own both sides to our catalog compositions and masters. However, as far as the track or album artist, I use my real name Eric Rivera.

  3. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  4. A: The last album I released "By Unanimous Decision" I felt very happy with the production and vocal execution. I recorded and wrote all the lyrics and vocal melodies for it. This upcoming album "Went The Distance" is the one I am most excited to release. I think the music and songwriting on it has leveled up even more.

  5. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  6. A: We are constantly working on multiple things in the studio (currently an album, two jingles and a film score)

  7. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

  8. A: Honestly as far as creators, there are so many great ones on here that also put out Youtube content to help people understand the platform.

  9. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  10. A: We have used both in our careers.

  11. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  12. A: I promise to deliver high quality vocals within 24 hours for your song. If you need a song written, I can guarantee the first draft for your approval within 24 hours.

  13. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  14. A: Recording music is my life and my world around me. I will be doing this forever, its a huge part of my purpose on this earth.

  15. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  16. A: The most common question is "How soon will it be ready?" and the answer is always 24 hours per track. If we are working on a full album together it can depend on the number of tracks

  17. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  18. A: In our first conversation, I ask a variety of questions to understand your needs.

  19. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  20. A: The more I understand your vision for the project, the better I will be able to execute for your satisfaction

  21. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  22. A: A solar powered generator, an outlet extender to plug everything into, a coffee maker, a 50-60oz bag of ground coffee, and an iphone (even without service a powerful tool for many things)

  23. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  24. A: I have honestly been doing this my entire life. I started recording music in my childhood basement at age 12, started performing live at 14 in local venues and met my producer at age 16 which took my recording to a professional level. By age 18 we had already founded our company Enphinity Music and had began to release music under our brand and collaborate with other creators and companies.

  25. Q: How would you describe your style?

  26. A: Very commercial and smooth sounding

  27. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  28. A: Karol G, I've always wanted to have a song with another vocalist in Spanish. I feel we can make an amazing song together

  29. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  30. A: Yes, the number one rule after completing a session task, for example recording the perfect take after several attempts, is to immediately save the session (even if it is on auto save every several minutes)

  31. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  32. A: R&B, Pop, Reggaeton, Rap, Dancehall

  33. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  34. A: Consistency

  35. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  36. A: I focus on bringing the right vocal delivery for each song, even if that means dozens of recording takes until it's perfect. I ensure every song I am sent to record is completed within 24 hours and can record in two languages.

  37. Q: What's your typical work process?

  38. A: I am in the studio every day with my executive producer and mixing engineer. We are constantly working on music full time.

  39. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  40. A: Top of the line gear and software, we record using protools

  41. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  42. A: There are way too many to list at once so I'll just give a few (no specific order, some older music some newer) Hector Lavoe, Marc Anthony, Marvin Gaye, Don Omar, Bad Bunny, Kanye West, Chris Brown, Drake

  43. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  44. A: Vocal recording, songwriting (lyrics and melodies for verses and hooks) and writing musical jingles for businesses
