  1. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  2. A: Find an engineer that will become your signature sound.

  3. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  4. A: Laptop, Mic, Speaker, Interface, Headphones.

  6. A: Artist>Engineer>Producer>Recording Engineer. I started music production around 10th grade.

  7. Q: How would you describe your style?

  8. A: I would say exciting or forward-thinking.

  9. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  10. A: Lil Uzi Vert because he has a similar sound/vibe as a lot of bedroom rappers I've worked with in the past.

  11. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  12. A: Start from subtractive operations rather than additive first. (i.e attenuation)

  13. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  14. A: Hiphop/Trap/R&B/Rock.

  16. A: Not overdoing/overmixing but enhancing what was already there.

  18. A: An industry-ready sound.

  20. A: I work on frequency balancing first. Meaning sorting & leveling out the different instruments into their own respective frequency pockets to make they aren't clashing much before the mixing/mastering process starts. Then mixing: tuning, time alignment, automation etc. Lastly/all throughout mixing, I'm doing reference track A/B'ing to figure out the best volume/balancing for the final song.
