Interview with Artyom Bogarada

  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: I take pride in every project I’ve released because I handle the entire creation process myself—from the initial concept and lyrics to the final production and visual design. I don't have a single favorite because each track contains a piece of my soul and a meticulous amount of work. For me, "good enough" doesn't exist; I refine every detail until the vision is fully realized. Every release is a personal milestone in my constant search for new frontiers.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: I am currently working on a series of cinematic singles inspired by classic psychological archetypes. These tracks explore the hidden depths of legendary stories—one through the lens of a "dark neoclassical" thriller, and another as a "noir jazz" drama. My focus is on re-imagining these narratives through a modern, atmospheric sound, creating a bridge between classical literature and contemporary cinematic music.

  5. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

  6. A: I am currently focused on building my own network here. While I haven't collaborated with specific providers on this platform yet, I am always open to discovering talented professionals who share a passion for storytelling and high production standards.

  7. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  8. A: Digital. It provides the surgical precision and infinite flexibility I need to meticulously refine every detail of a story. I use modern digital tools to capture that organic "analog" warmth and emotional depth, ensuring the final result is both technically perfect and cinematically rich.

  9. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  10. A: I don't promise a "hit in two days" or the "best quality in the world"—those are just words. What I do promise is that we will reach the final goal we set together. My commitment is twofold: first, we stay focused on the objective until it is achieved; and second, I promise an open, transparent dialogue. Everything can be resolved through communication. I am here to talk, to listen, and to ensure that through our partnership, we bring your vision to its destination.

  11. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  12. A: What I love most is the visual impact my music has on people. Listeners often tell me that as they dive into my lyrics, they begin to see vivid images—it’s as if a character in a film or a play suddenly breaks into song to tell their story. Knowing that people can "see" the world I’ve created and visualize the narrative behind every note is the most rewarding part of my work.

  13. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  14. A: The most frequent question is: "Can we try more options?" My answer is: "We can agree on anything, but the goal must be tangible." I am not a machine or an ox chasing a carrot; I am a creator of meaning. If we generate ideas endlessly without a clear, felt destination, we will never be satisfied. I need to see the result through your eyes first—once the goal is tangible, I can focus my energy on reaching it perfectly, rather than wasting it on infinite, aimless variations.

  15. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  16. A: The biggest misconception is that using modern digital tools and online resources makes the process "easy" or "automatic." People think it's just pushing five buttons to get a finished track. In reality, it is a meticulous, intellectual labor. It requires thousands of precise decisions: writing, refining, cutting, and restructuring. A great track never happens on the first or even the tenth try—it is the result of endless iterations and a deep focus on every single detail until the story truly breathes.

  17. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  18. A: My primary question is: "What is your ultimate goal for this song?" I need to understand if you are looking for a simple track or something with a specific purpose. Once we define the goal, I can select the right tools—the genre, the theme, and the musical structure—to build a clear visualization and bring your intent to life.

  19. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  20. A: My main advice is to give me a starting point—a "key" or a "lock." Either show me a specific idea (the key) so I can find the right musical structure for it, or describe the mood and emotion you want to evoke (the lock) so I can craft the perfect lyrical key. I am open to any genre and very flexible, but I need at least one solid "hook" or concept to begin building your story. If you have a starting point, we can create anything.

  21. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  22. A: A boat, an outboard motor, fuel, life jackets, and emergency flares. I have no desire to stay on a deserted island; my priority is to return to the life and civilization where I feel comfortable and secure. I choose tools that solve problems and lead to results.

  23. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  24. A: I have been writing lyrics and developing musical concepts since I was 16, building an extensive personal archive of texts over the years. I officially began releasing my music in November 2025. This path allows me to combine a lifetime of lyrical expertise with modern digital production, creating a mature and polished sound from the very first release.

  25. Q: How would you describe your style?

  26. A: My style is "Story-Driven Versatility." I don’t limit myself to one genre; instead, I focus on creating an immersive, cinematic atmosphere where the music literally lives and breathes through the lyrics. Whether it's a powerful ballad or a rhythmic track, my signature is an intellectually clean narrative combined with sophisticated production tailored for deep, expressive female vocals.

  27. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  28. A: I would choose to work with Toni Braxton, Celine Dion, or Adele for their legendary vocal depth, immense range, and emotional sincerity in ballads. I also admire Lady Gaga for her constant, fearless genre-defying experiments. I specifically focus on producing for female vocals, as I believe they best translate the raw honesty and intricate storytelling I aim for in my productions.

  29. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  30. A: My main advice is to let the music "play" the lyrics. Don't just build a track around words; make the arrangement breathe and live through the story. I only take on projects that have a meaningful narrative — if the story resonates with me, the music will naturally embody every emotion and metaphor within the text.

  31. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  32. A: I create story-driven music where the narrative is the core. I specialize in transforming complex life structures and psychological concepts into "intellectually clean" lyrics. Whether it's Rock, Jazz, or Pop, I build immersive worlds where every word serves a deeper meaning and every track tells a complete, transformative story.

  33. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  34. A: My strongest skill is the ability to craft professional, emotionally resonant lyrics and build a complete, atmospheric musical world from scratch, ensuring the production perfectly translates the intended mood in any genre.

  35. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  36. A: I bring a unique blend of versatile songwriting and sophisticated digital production. I specialize in crafting professional lyrics and building a complete, high-quality musical atmosphere tailored to the specific energy of your genre.

  37. Q: What's your typical work process?

  38. A: My strongest skill is professional songwriting and the ability to build a complete, atmospheric musical world from scratch, ensuring that the lyrics and production work in perfect harmony across any genre.

  39. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  40. A: My influences are as diverse as my music: the stadium rock energy of Queen, the soulful vocal depth of Toni Braxton, the synth innovation of Depeche Mode, and the genre-blending brilliance of David Bowie and The Weeknd.

  41. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  42. A: I create complete songs across a wide range of styles, including Rock, Pop, Jazz, and Cinematic. My work covers everything from writing lyrics to full music production. I focus on high-quality arrangements that capture the specific energy of each genre.

  43. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  44. A: I specialize in "turnkey" song creation: from the initial concept and atmospheric music production to writing professional lyrics. My focus is on crafting immersive Noir Pop, Cinematic, and 80s-inspired tracks with a signature sophisticated mood.
