I'm a high-energy drummer who blends powerful grooves, explosive fills, and modern rock and hip-hop influences to create rhythm that drives every performance forward. I’ve worked with U.S. artists like Dafna and Seven Fly, as well as renowned Punjabi artist Harkirat Sangha, while also collaborating with a range of talented Australian musicians.

My name is Lachy, and I’m an Australian drummer who’s passionate about bringing great rhythm and energy to music, whether that’s in the studio or on stage. Over my 12+ years of experience, I’ve developed a style focused on a strong groove, musical awareness, and serving the song above all else. My goal whenever I sit behind the kit is simple: to make the music feel good and bring the artist’s vision to life.

I first got into drumming when I was 7 years old, as my hands were too small to wrap around a guitar neck. The drums are the heartbeat of a band, and that idea stuck with me early on. I spent years developing my playing across different styles, studying grooves, refining technique, and learning how to lock in tightly with other musicians. Along the way, I became comfortable playing a wide range of genres, including rock, pop, metal, indie, funk, and jazz, as well as producing and making beats for artists.

I’m also available for live shows, studio work, fill-in gigs, and touring for bands or solo artists who need a solid and dependable drummer. I'm easy-going, reliable and will do anything I can to bring a project to life.
