Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: A hybrid workflow allows you to get the best out of both worlds.

Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Laptop, PMC 8-2-XBD System, Neve 8424, Moog One, Lauten Audio Atlantis
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Punchy, dynamic, bold, and personal.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: EQ is your most valuable tool.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I tend to mix primarily in the box. However, when I feel it is sonically necessary to add some analogue saturation, I use the API 2500+. Its character works particularly well with percussive elements such as drums.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: The DAW I use to mix is Pro Tools 12, alongside a plugin combination of the FabFilter Total Bundle and the UAD Complete 4 Bundle. The monitoring setup consists of an Apollo x8p, IK ARC Studio, Barefoot Sound MicroMain MM27, and the Barefoot Sound MEME kit. The monitoring setup is controlled by a Dangerous Music Monitor ST with the Inc Remote. However, if I'm using headphones, I work with a pair of DT 900 PRO X. When it comes to outboard processing, I use the API 2500+ Stereo Bus Compressor. The studio space is also acoustically treated.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I usually find myself mixing for producers making music within the genres of hip hop, house, techno, electro, and other types of electronic music.
