SAE Bachelors of Science Degree, 10+ Years of Music Production. Recording & Mastering Engineer

I dedicated my life to music early on, when I was 9 years old and saw a documentary about DJs, I knew I wanted to create unforgettable moments with music. I quickly realized that there are also heroes behind the scenes, and so I started my own music. Now, a few years and hundreds of projects later, I have had the opportunity to gain a lot of experience in EDM, hip-hop, and pop music. During my studies at SAE in Stuttgart, I discovered my passion for engineering and specialized in recording, mastering, and acoustics.

Interview with Second Hill Studios

  1. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  2. A: I hope I am not limited by size. I probably would take some kind of field recorder (128GB+), a Mic very likely a Lewitt LCT 441 Flex (because of the polar patterns), then I obviously need a xlr cable, and then I would take my Blüthner Upright Piano and a ukulele with me. I think I would have very much fun with this setup and would be very flexible.

  3. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  4. A: When i was 9 Years old in 2014 I saw a documentary about DJs, thats when I decided I want to do music and create special moments. My journey began with some simple mashups, till I got a copyright claim from a major label. Then I thought of how other artists got their music, so I started to produce my own music before I turned 11. Since I produced some EDM, Hip Hop and Pop. The last 6 Years i tried to get more into mixing and mastering. 2024 I started at SAE Stuttgart. Since I study Audio Engineering I got to meet some great Engineers and really improved my skillset. In September 2026 I will finish/finished my Bachelors Degree (BSc).

  5. Q: How would you describe your style?

  6. A: I would describe my style as broad and brave. I tend to a expressionistic style. I worked in Pop, EDM, Hip Hop, Rock and Metal the past years. In most of my work I don't approach the songs genre specific. It's more a mix of different components of these genres. That's why my "style" varies, that's the only constant.

  7. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  8. A: Provoke little mistakes in your productions, it has a greater recognition value that way. Don't mess it up really hard, but make it more memorable.

  9. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  10. A: My strongest Skill is to crossover use my gained knowledge. In music every process really decides the approach to the next step. Luckily I was not only able to work in all parts of pure music production (songwriting, production, recording, restoration, mixing, mastering), but I got to acoustically design Tracking, Live Rooms and Mastering Rooms. Because of those experiences I got a different Workflow and creative approach to the music I work on, then Engineers that only focus on one aspect. This skill very helps to really get your music to live and stand out.
