Drioko

Topline Writer/Songwriter

Drioko on SoundBetter

I craft commercial, larger-than-life, iconic pop anthems in the spirit of Lady Gaga, Chappell Roan, and Katy Perry. Songs engineered to resonate with millions, stick in listeners’ minds, and deliver chart-ready impact.

To celebrate my SoundBetter launch, I’m offering five exclusive founding spots at 35% off standard pricing.
Early access. High-impact songwriting. Limited time.

I specialize in bold, meaning-driven pop songs that balance vulnerability with power. My work focuses on:

• Anthemic, cinematic choruses built to feel massive
• Melodies that hook instantly but reveal depth over time
• Concept-driven songwriting with strong aesthetic identity
• Metaphor-rich lyricism built around visual or object-based worlds
• Emotional contrast: softness vs intensity, intimacy vs spectacle

I deliver complete toplines (lyrics + melody), fully recorded demo vocals with harmonies and ad-libs, and clear structural direction so producers can execute the vision seamlessly.

Whether you need a full song concept from scratch, a powerful topline for your production, or a co-writer to elevate your idea into something unforgettable, I create songs that feel intentional, immersive, and built for impact.

I’m experienced in crafting music around specific artist references (Lady Gaga, Chappell Roan, Katy Perry, etc) while keeping each piece original and tailored to your voice and brand.

Every project is approached with precision, emotional clarity, and a strong sense of identity.

Let’s build something iconic.

Interview with Drioko

  1. Q: What's your typical work process?

  2. A: First things first, I sit down with my client and we talk about what they want to achieve with the particular song we're working on. I do like to understand how big they want the song to feel. Do they want their song to reach for radio level, arenas, be intimate, be timeless, or define their brand? After figuring the scale of the song out, I start by asking them if they have a specific mood board for this song or the album and together we create something I call a "word moodboard", which is essentially words/phrases that need to be in the song. Maybe they are key to evoking a specific feeling, sharing a specific event that happened, or captivate the listeners imagination with aesthetic writing, making them feel immersed. Next, I finally start creating a demo version using my clients references, mood boards, and word mood boards. From here we go back-and-forth until we reach the final version and I make sure my client is 100% satisfied with the work.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: At the moment, I'm working on an album called "I Wish For A Star" which is an iconic larger than life pop album about fighting for your dreams and the pain that comes with that. Loneliness, dysphoria, desperation, ...

  5. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  6. A: I always promise to deliver my clients something they are 100% satisfied with.

  7. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  8. A: I'm very passionate about discovering new artists and helping them become who they are meant to be by collaborating with them and creating music together.

  9. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  10. A: Always make sure you work with someone that understands your vision and that is also passionate about what you're creating because if they are passionate, they will truly deliver something incredible.

  11. Q: How would you describe your style?

  12. A: To be brief, I would describe my style as tumblr neon 80s decay.

  13. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  14. A: My biggest tip is creating a visual/sonic moodboard before starting your project, and then asking yourself if what you're creating fits that moodboard. Not only will it force you to stick to your brand's identity but it will also inspire you to come up with something truly authentic. In any art: limitations are your best friend.

  15. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  16. A: My work primarily focuses on Pop and its derivatives: Dance Pop, Electro Pop, Alt Pop, etc.

  17. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  18. A: I would say my strongest skill is elevating simple ideas into catchy anthemic and iconic ones.

  19. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  20. A: I always bring an iconic larger-than-life empowering and unique feeling to the song. Whether it's an emotional ballad with an explosive chorus to an iconic dance pop anthem. I always strive to bring my clients vision to life, because as an artist myself, I know how important that is.

  21. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  22. A: I'm very inspired by Modern Talking because they have such a unique sonic brand and their music is instantly recognizable simply for their toplines. Lady Gaga is also a huge inspiration to me.

  23. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  24. A: I truly specialise in crafting anthemic toplines for my clients. I'm very passionate about crafting larger than life impactful music.
