I work primarily as a sessions bassist and tend to do so in studios, rehearsal rooms, at gigs, writing sessions and even remotely. Throughout my time working as a musician I have been a part of multiple projects and artists, such as Hilts, Lizzie Berchie, The Pylons, Liang Lawrence, Jessie Reid and many more across many different genres.
I trained at Leeds Conservatoire while studying my degree in Jazz, learning from some of the UK's top jazz players. I also then worked for Leeds Conservatoire running some sessions and workshops for the more niche subgenres that don't usually get a platform.
I have a very clean and precice work ethic when it comes to recording for/with people, I'll work from prompts given and any influences you may bring up for inspiration for certain tracks. I love collaborating to figure out the best sound for the music you're creating, but also happy to sit on the groove and let the music speak for itself.
