Greetings! I am Corinne, the owner and performer of Rintet, the One Woman String Quartet. I am a classically trained violinist and violist who was into rock and metal before it was cool for classical musicians to be in to rock and metal.
What I do: I write string quartet (or larger string ensemble) arrangements for songs and then record those arrangements myself. I have both acoustic and electric instruments.
My Qualifications: Thirty years experience playing live with orchestras, string ensembles, chamber orchestras, musicals, operas, ballets, and rock bands (either as a member of the band or in the orchestra the band hired). The Rintet Patreon opened in November 2023.
My Degrees: Master of Music - Viola Performance (CSU Long Beach), Bachelor of Music - Violin Performance (SUNY Potsdam Crane School of Music), Music Business Minor - Recording and Production (also Crane School)
