I'm Emily Juarez, a songwriter and vocalist specializing in hook writing, toplines, demo vocals, and background vocals for artists and producers in English and Spanish. My priority is bringing your sound to life—paying close attention to detail, feeling your vibe, and making sure you get the most out of working with me. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Don’t be afraid to throw all your ideas at me. I work with them, not against them. There’s an indefinite number of possibilities in music when creating, and it is my passion to go all the way when I’m working with my clients.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is my uniqueness and versatility of my tone on a record, as well as having a lot of flexibility and range when it comes to what my clients are looking for on a particular track. I’m a journalist and an introspective a lot of the times throughout my daily life and this is also what makes my lyrics stand out, but of course this will always be accommodated to the song type/feel.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I always ask my clients about their inspirations for the song or songs we are working on, a lot of the times I will also ask them if they’d like to send an audio link to a song that they want me to listen to in consideration for the vibes for their track in order to accommodate as they wish for their particular vision.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is very unique since I take my inspiration and really flip it around until I find a sense of completeness in the music and a strong vibe that fits the musical tones of your song. I get inspiration not only from other great creatives, but also from my inner world interpreting all things around me in a different lens until I create melodies that reflect just that and every feeling I'm called to share.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Clients usually come to me for my toplining on their songs, hooks, my versatile vocals, and adlibs as I can adapt to different styles and feels for a specific liking of your searching whether that is in English or Spanish, or BOTH!
