I also work on music for films and theatrical productions, where mood, space, and emotional impact are key.

A: My strongest skill is creating clear, balanced mixes that translate consistently across all listening systems, combined with the ability to listen closely to the artist’s vision and adapt techniques accordingly, delivering dedicated, song-specific mixes instead of generic preset-based solutions.

A: I bring clarity, balance, and perspective to a song. My role is to translate a strong performance into a mix that feels focused, emotionally engaging, and natural, while making sure every element has its space and purpose. With a background in live sound, I focus on energy, dynamics, and musical impact, helping the song connect with the listener and translate well across real-world listening environments.

A: My typical process starts with reviewing the session and understanding the artist’s vision and references. I then prepare the project with proper editing, gain staging, and session organisation before moving into the mix. The mix phase focuses on balance, dynamics, tone, and depth, making sure the song translates well across different listening systems. I regularly reference and take breaks to maintain perspective. Once the mix is ready, I deliver a revision round based on client feedback, fine-tuning details until the track feels finished and release-ready.

A: My studio is a treated, mix-focused environment built for accuracy and reliable translation. I work fully in-the-box using industry-standard DAWs, with a hybrid-style workflow focused on gain staging, phase coherence, and dynamic control. I rely on accurate nearfield monitoring, multiple reference systems, and constant A/B comparison to ensure mixes translate across streaming platforms, headphones, cars, and live playback systems. My setup allows for detailed work on balance, depth, stereo imaging, and clarity, while maintaining consistency and recall for revisions. The goal is a transparent, efficient workflow that delivers controlled, musical, and release-ready mixes.

A: I’m inspired by mix engineers who combine technical excellence with musical sensitivity, such as Chris Lord-Alge, Andrew Scheps, and Tchad Blake. I also draw a lot of inspiration from live sound engineers, where clarity, balance, and emotion must translate instantly to real-world listening environments.

A: I primarily mix multitrack recordings for bands and independent artists, delivering clean, punchy, and release-ready mixes that translate well across all listening systems. I also offer audio restoration and cleanup for low-quality or problematic recordings, including noise reduction, balance correction, and clarity enhancement, while preserving the original performance and musical intent.
