By engaging Jasmine J Walker (“Artist”) and submitting payment, the client (“Client”) agrees to the following terms:

Flat-rate fees apply only to projects where the song’s framework, concept, or outline is already established. If a song must be written from scratch, including lyrics, melody, or concept development, the Client must contact the Artist to discuss revised pricing, song length, and scope before work begins.

The Client agrees to credit the Artist on all released projects as “Jasmine J Walker”, whether she contributes as a songwriter, singer, rapper, or performer. Proper credit must appear on all platforms, metadata. The Artist shall receive publishing credit and ownership for all compositions she writes, in part or in full. Flat-rate fees do not constitute a buyout of publishing rights. If the Artist’s voice appears on the master recording, she is entitled to recording royalties in addition to the flat-rate fee. All fees are non-refundable once work begins.
