I help independent artists get clear, powerful mixes that translate everywhere. I bring an analog-trained mindset to modern mixing, focusing on balance, tone, and musical impact. Clear communication, thoughtful revisions, and mixes built to serve the song not trends.
Hi, I’m Kristoffer Fox, a mixing engineer and producer with roots in the analog era and a modern, practical workflow. I started recording and mixing on tape and early multitrack systems, which shaped how I approach balance, tone, and musicality today. That foundation still guides my work, even as I mix fully in the box.
My primary focus is mixing, with production support available when needed. I work with independent artists who want clear, powerful mixes that translate across systems without losing character or emotion. I am not chasing trends or presets. I focus on serving the song.
I specialize in guitar driven music, including rock, alternative, metal, and singer songwriter projects, but I am always open to strong material regardless of genre. Clients value my attention to detail, honest communication, and mixes that feel finished, confident, and musical.
You should hire me if you want a collaborator who listens, respects your vision, and delivers reliable results. I keep the process straightforward, revisions thoughtful, and expectations clear so you can stay focused on the music.
