I write everyday and actively try to write better more engaging lyrical music while also fitting the melodic sounds that are running hip hop today. While I don’t have many achievements while being a newer artist it leaves more room for growth and the hunger to be greater than I am now.
I am Jeriel, I’m a young music artist from Chicago who focused on acquiring knowledge while being surrounded by violence and poverty. My love for music was found through my years of doing poetry and being told I should try writing music. I didn’t decide to take it truly serious until my cousin passed and through the love and respect I had for him and his love for music writing my artist name JDaRasta and my drive to make his dream come to fruition was born. I would like to share my song writing abilities alongside my singing and rapping skill with anyone who is willing to take a chance with me. I’m open to writing for you, collaborations and harmonizing with you to match and excel all of our careers as artists.

Unlimited revisions within whatever timeframe is decided. Typical turn around time anywhere between same day and 5 days maximum. 1 hour of studio time would be the only outside expense which is $50.
