I’m an artist who makes music genres collide. Active solo artist on all platforms as Just Me Wan. Composer for gospel. Lyricist of multiple genres. Pianist and organist. Producer. I want you to audibly hear what’s in your head so we can both stand in our thoughts.

I’ve been writing gospel music since 2001 and I’ve been writing lyrics for hip-hop and rap since 2003. I have been the musician for several churches over the last 30 years and I’m currently a musician for an AME Church. I love to be different and creative. I love using extreme similes and metaphors to describe one’s experience. I like to write deep and I love to challenge thoughts through music. I am a representative of the LGBT community. My goal is always to exceed expectation and to push myself and others into the uncomfortable place. In order to get what you’ve never got, you have to do what you’ve never done so here I am.
