
My name is Aniquila, and I am a singer, songwriter, and music producer. I began making music at the age of 13 when I picked up my first guitar, and by 17 I found the confidence to start releasing my own work. Since then, my music has accumulated hundreds of thousands of streams and has allowed me to build meaningful connections within music
Aniquila is an independent artist from Florida and a student at Full Sail University, where she studies music production. She has been making music her entire life, developing a natural ability to connect with any instrument she picks up. A versatile musician and passionate vocalist, Aniquila brings heart and authenticity to everything she creates. She spends most of her days producing music and writing songs, fully dedicated to her craft and building a meaningful artistic career.

Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: One project I’m especially proud of is a music video I created for Vans featuring a song I wrote and produced.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: At this time, there isn’t anyone on SoundBetter that I personally know or would recommend to my clients.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: I prefer analog because it’s what I’m most comfortable with and familiar with in my music.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: My promise to my clients is to give my full effort and dedication to their music, make each client a top priority, support them in every way I can.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: What I like most about my job is that I get to do what I love while helping other people bring their art to life.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: The question customers ask me most often is about my creative process.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: The biggest misconception about what I do is that I have a team or other people helping me with my music. In reality, it’s just me and my art.

A: I ask if they’re open to me making edits. This helps ensure that I can bring their vision to life while also applying my creative expertise.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Music and creativity take time, and staying open to collaboration and allow the best ideas to come to life.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: I’d bring my audio interface, a guitar, a microphone, a keyboard, and my computer with a DAW.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: My career path started when I began consistently releasing music at the age of 17. Since then, I’ve worked with different artists, growning my skills, and continuously improving my music through experience and collaboration.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: alternative and indie pop with a mixed-media approach. I try not to limit myself to a single genre Im very versatile and open.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with The Marías because of the flow of their music and the way their songs sound and feel.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: When mastering Target -12 to -10 LUFS-I; peaks ≤ -1.0 dBTP.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: alternative pop and bedroom pop.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: is my ability to play by ear.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: What I bring to a song is a lot of emotion whether through my singing or the instrumentals I create.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: My typical work process is very intuitive.I sit down and create based on what comes to me and how I feel in the moment.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Phineas o’connell and Labrinth.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: The most common type of work I do for my clients includes vocal mixing, creating custom beats, and writing music for them when needed.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: At the moment, I’m working on a song for the newest season of Euphoria.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My studio setup is completely soundproof and fully equipped for professional recording and production. I work with six different guitars, including a bass, an audio interface, and two microphone,one designed for recording live instruments and one dedicated to vocals. My setup also includes an electronic Titan drum kit, two KRK studio monitors, a ROLI Seaboard, a Launchkey MIDI keyboard, and an iMac computer. My preferred DAW is Logic Pro, which I use for producing, recording, and mixing my music.
