A: I worked on a project where the goal was to create a feeling of grounding and emotional clarity through the vocal. My role was to craft the topline and deliver a performance that felt intimate, honest and atmospheric. The connection it created for listeners is what makes me proud.

Q: What are you working on at the moment?

A: A series of cinematic pop pieces focused on emotional storytelling and vocal depth, along with selective collaborations for artists and producers who want intentional, atmospheric vocals and toplines.

A: I respect many creators on the platform, but I only recommend collaborators once I understand the specific needs of a project.

A: Digital - it keeps the signal clean and lets me shape precise, intentional performances. Emotion is the focus, not the gear.

A: To deliver vocals and toplines that feel intentional, cinematic, and emotionally connected — never rushed, never generic.

A: Creating emotion through sound. When a vocal feels honest and alive, the whole track transforms.

A: They often ask how much direction I need. My answer: give me the emotional target, and I’ll shape the performance and topline around it. Clarity creates connection.

Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

A: That vocals are just performance. A cinematic vocal requires emotional intention, subtlety, and a clear understanding of the world the song is trying to live in.

A: What emotion do you want the listener to feel? What story are you trying to tell? Do you have any lyrical themes or melodic references that matter to you?

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A: Be clear about the emotional world you want your music to live in. When the intention is aligned, the vocal and topline naturally become cinematic, connected and unforgettable.

Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

A: A warm condenser mic, my RME Babyface Pro FS, a simple vocal booth, headphones, and Logic Pro X. Everything else is optional, emotion isn’t.

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: Over a two decade of writing, performing and refining my cinematic pop identity. I’ve grown from singer songwriter roots into creating vocals and toplines for artists and producers who want emotional depth and atmosphere in their music.

Q: How would you describe your style?

A: Warm, cinematic, intimate. A blend of grounded lower-register vocals and soft falsetto textures, delivered with emotional clarity and intention.

A: RY X, HAEVN, or Bon Iver artists who value emotional honesty, subtlety and atmosphere. Their approach aligns naturally with the kind of vocals and storytelling I create.

A: Leave space. Emotion sits between the notes more than on top of them. The right silence can do more for a vocal than extra layers.

A: Cinematic pop, singer songwriter, ambient pop and emotional indie. I work best on music that needs atmosphere, storytelling and a grounded vocal presence.

A: Translating emotion into melody and performance. I craft vocals and toplines that feel lived, honest and memorable.

A: I start by understanding the emotional intention behind the track. From there I develop melody and lyrical concepts, shape the topline, and record a clean, cinematic performance. I refine until the vocal feels connected, grounded and intentional.

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

A: A clean, minimalist vocal chain designed for clarity and emotional detail. I record through a warm condenser microphone into an RME Babyface Pro FS for transparent conversion, and I use Logic Pro X for precise comping, tuning and stem delivery. The setup is built for intimacy, accuracy and cinematic vocal work, nothing distracting, everything intentional.

A: RY X, Bon Iver, HAEVN and other artists who blend emotional intensity with atmospheric restraint. I’m inspired by musicians who use space, tone and intention as part of the storytelling.
