Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Question: What do we need to do before we send you our project? Answer: Make sure you are 100% content with everything in your project. Make sure nothing is clipping, WAV format, prefer at least 24-bit/44,100Hz (16-bit acceptable). I can do a lot but I still can turn a turd into gold. Only polish it.
