I help artists bring the unseen essence of their songs to the light, shaping every mix to stir emotions, spark connection, and ignite imagination. With experience reaching millions on major platforms, I help artists unlock the core of their music, revealing its power, depth, and lasting resonance.
I see music as a bridge between the unseen and what is meant to be revealed — a way for what exists beyond words to let emotions, stories, and truths flow into sound. I’ve been entrusted with the gift to help shape that connection.
As a Mixing Engineer, I bring that connection to the light, so each song can reach people in the way they most need, stirring emotions, inspiring reflection, or offering comfort where it’s needed most.
Over the years, I’ve contributed to projects that have reached millions of listeners and appeared on major platforms and networks. But what matters most is walking alongside artists — listening deeply, honoring their creative journey, and helping bring out the core of their music.
If you’re looking for a creative ally who understands both the technical craft of mixing and the deeper connection behind the music, I’d be honored to work with you.

Interview with CI:X (Six)
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: My promise is simple: to care for every track and help it feel alive and authentic.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: That moment when music feels guided by something greater than myself. Through music and sound, I have the privilege of bringing ideas forward as they come through me, in ways that carry a quiet sense of purpose.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: To kick things off, I like to ask what really makes this song tick: What excites you about it? What feeling do you want to convey? What do the lyrics mean — sometimes deep, sometimes short and fun, and either way, it’s all that’s needed to connect. I also explore references and sounds you’re drawn to, not to copy them, but to understand your language. These conversations reveal what makes the song unique, the subtle differences that give it life. Ultimately, it’s about discovering what matters most so the final mix serves the song and your intention. The process flows naturally, moving quickly into the mix, letting the track reveal its character from the very first move.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: The most powerful music often lives in the details — the emotion between notes, the movement of air, the pulse that makes a mix breathe. When choosing a collaborator, listen for something that feels alive — something that stirs you, even if you can’t quite explain why and your mind tells you otherwise. The right sound often carries a quiet difference, a depth that resonates beneath familiarity. Trust that feeling — it usually leads you exactly where you need to be.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I’ve been blessed to study with world-renowned musicians, learning guitar, music theory, and engineering — to follow what I truly wanted to learn, I even moved to another continent. Yet what draws me most is the sound itself, this unseen property that can move and transform people. For over two decades, I’ve worked in production and mixing, always trying to honor that potential in every track I touch.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I prefer to let others define my sound — mixes are meant to be polished to shine, yet raw to feel alive. Think of a polished sculpture that still conveys movement, like Michelangelo’s David: still and flawless, yet seeming to shift with tension and energy, alive with motion at every moment.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I admire artists who push boundaries and take risks with their sound. Working with someone like that is always inspiring — it creates space for meaningful collaboration and sonic exploration, even a sonic explosion.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Being intentional. I know how fun it is to move knobs and tweak sounds, and often intention reveals itself in the process. At first, it can feel limiting, even unnecessary — you might even logically agree with what I am saying, but at some point in your experience, these words will resonate, and the deeper meaning will just click. Intentionality always beats busy work.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Once the artist’s vision, goals, and all technical setup—session files, formats, references, and song info—are established, I dive into the mix. I start by building the framework: the foundational elements that define the track’s space and structure, providing a solid base for everything else to sit upon. With the framework in place, I focus on finding the core of the song. Using only the elements that are truly necessary, I build a rough mix: I want to see the raw beauty of the track and its essence. Every move is intentional, shaping the song from its heart. From there, I bring in the parts that give context to the core. Like a human body, each part has its own function—none more important than another—but together they support and highlight the heart of the song, letting its energy and the fruits of its labor shine through. I complete the majority of the mix in a focused session. The following day, I return with fresh ears: if it feels ready, I send it for review; if refinements are needed, I make the necessary tweaks before moving on to the next mix. I may revisit it once more the next day, repeating the process only as necessary, until the mix is fully ready and aligned with the artist’s vision.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I’ve spent years mixing with massive analogue setups, experiencing how each piece of gear could impart character—sometimes huge, sometimes delicate—while shaping a mix that feels alive and effortlessly musical. Is it a coincidence that SSL consoles earned their place as true hit-making machines, widely considered the consoles with the most hits mixed on? Their architecture offered engineers unprecedented possibilities, allowing them to realize what they envisioned and explore the potential of each track in ways other consoles couldn’t. Nowadays, modern tools bring us even closer to bridging the gap between what the mind imagines and what can be harnessed in a mix. While I have extensive experience with Pro Tools and hold a Pro Tools HD Certification, my mixing DAW of choice is Cubase Pro, which gives me a level of control that other DAWs still can’t match. I have access to all top plugins and beta-test for leading developers, giving me an edge in exploring new tools and techniques. My setup spans three Macs running together on a custom template—maybe subconsciously trying to generate the same kind of heat and warmth those massive analogue consoles used to! 😂 My collection of analogue goodies is safely stored away—selling it would feel like giving up the sweat and stories behind collecting each piece. 😅
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Many mixers do incredible work, but if I had to choose one who inspires me most, it would be Serban Ghenea. What I admire is the depth and balance in his mixes. He creates a three-dimensional space where you can truly hear into the depth—a rare achievement in today’s modern productions, and a constant inspiration for me. His placement of levels is equally striking: some parts sit so low in the mix you’d almost miss them, yet they drive the groove and give life to the whole track. And beneath it all, his use of subs forms a foundation that feels like a giant embrace—massive and grounding—while the rest of the mix floats above it, making the sound vast and alive. PS: Someone named Alex shows uncanny depth and balance in the mix—then I realized: talent clearly comes with the last name! I’m still on my way… so watch out (in the nicest way)! 😅
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I shape songs across pop, rock, indie, folk, and electronic music, bringing out their story, depth, and clarity. Early in my journey as a mixer, I found that each new technique I learned often worked well in certain genres but felt less effective in others. Over time, I came to see these techniques as tools — useful, but secondary to something deeper. The true impact of a mix comes from connecting with the core essence of music: the universal language of rhythm, emotion, tension and release, storytelling, and the subtle nuances that move people. That is what draws a listener to a song, whether it’s rock, EDM, jazz, or gospel. My mixes aim to highlight that essence, honoring the artist’s vision while enhancing detail, depth, and emotional resonance.
