Will Brock on SoundBetter

I’m Will Brock—pianist, songwriter, and Mystic storyteller. From lush Rhodes to funky synths, I bring feel, groove, and soul to every track. Touring Musical Director for Grammy-nominated Marion Meadows, with credits from jazz to R&B, theater to pop. I deliver pro keys that breathe life into your music.

My world is sound that moves—grooves that breathe, chords that speak, and textures that feel like they’ve been living inside your song all along. Whether you need soulful Rhodes, cinematic piano, funky synths, or something left-of-center like kazoo or didgeridoo (yes, I’ll make it sing), I bring both precision and playfulness to every track.

I record in Logic Pro, with a wide palette of plug-ins at hand—but the truth is, I know how to get the sound without stacking endless effects. Decades of performance and studio work have taught me that feel is king, and the right touch will always outshine a thousand presets.

Credits include touring as Musical Director for Grammy-nominated saxophonist Marion Meadows, performing with The Stylistics, CeCe Peniston, Najee, Gerald Veasley, Miles Jaye, and more. I’ve also been a Musical Director in theater, with productions ranging from jazz revues to Barrymore Award-winning Black Nativity.

At the end of the day, it’s not just about “keys on a track.” It’s about soul. I’m here to help your song tell the truth.
