I produce and develop modern pop records from idea to release-ready track, with a strong focus on vocal production and toplines.
My work is about turning an idea into a track that feels fresh, current, and ready for the world. I create pop productions with a contemporary edge and meticulous attention to detail — polished, immersive, and built around vocals that truly stand out. Every project I work on has its own strong identity, instantly captivating yet crafted to stand the test of time.
Every song begins with listening: understanding the artist’s vision, the message they want to share, and the space their music will live in. From there, I develop modern arrangements, infectious toplines, and a sound palette that balances emotional depth with radio-ready impact. My goal is to find the perfect middle ground between the artist’s individuality and the global trends that define today’s charts.
I can start from scratch — writing melody, lyrics, and full production — or work on an existing track to bring it to its fullest potential. In either case, I approach each project with creativity, precision, and a commitment to delivering a final product that is both artistically authentic and commercially competitive.
If you’re looking for a collaborator who blends a modern pop sensibility, international-level sound, and an obsessive attention to detail, you can reach out to me.

Interview with Jace Morgan
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: One project I’m particularly proud of is a pop record I co-wrote and produced, where I handled the full production and vocal direction, called "Spin Of My Mind". The goal was to create a modern, emotionally driven track, and the result captured exactly that balance between intimacy and commercial sound.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I’m currently finalizing my Bachelor’s degree in Music Production while continuing to work on multiple projects with artists. This allows me to combine an academic understanding of music production with real-world experience.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: I’m always open to collaborating with other professionals depending on the project, but I focus on delivering a complete solution myself whenever possible.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: I prefer a hybrid approach between analog and digital. Digital gives me speed, flexibility, and precision, while analog elements add character and depth to the sound. Combining both allows me to work efficiently while still achieving a unique and high-quality result.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: To deliver a professional, modern, and release-ready track that reflects their vision.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Turning ideas into finished records that artists can connect with, adding my vision to it.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: “Can you make this sound like a reference track?” My answer is yes, but always adapting it to create something original and tailored to the artist.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That production is just about making sounds. In reality, it’s about shaping the song and guiding the listener’s experience.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I usually ask for references, the intended direction of the track, and what stage the song is currently at. This helps me understand how to best develop the record.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Look for someone who understands your vision and can translate it into a finished record, not just someone who can make a beat.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Laptop, cellphone, audio interface, headphones, and a MIDI controller. That’s all I need to build a full record anywhere.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I’ve been producing music for ten years, developing my sound through independent projects and collaborations with artists. Over time, I’ve focused more on pop and hip hop production and songwriting, refining a workflow that aligns with current industry standards.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Modern, clean, and emotionally driven. I focus on creating space in the mix while keeping the production impactful and current.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I’d love to work with artists who are pushing modern pop forward, like Post Malone, because of his ability to blend emotional songwriting with innovative production.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Always prioritize the vocal. A great production supports the vocal, it doesn’t compete with it.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Contemporary pop, dark pop, pop-R&B, and modern commercial pop with crossover elements.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Vocal production and topline development. I’m very focused on how the vocal translates emotionally and sonically within the track.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring structure, clarity, and direction. My focus is on turning ideas into cohesive records, making sure every element supports the emotion of the song while keeping a modern, competitive sound.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I usually start from a demo, reference, or vocal idea. From there, I build the production, define the structure, and develop the topline if needed. Once the foundation is solid, I focus heavily on vocal production, making sure the performance sits perfectly in the track. The final stage is polishing the record to make it release-ready.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work in a fully digital studio environment centered around Pro Tools and FL Studio. I work with an Apollo Twin, Focal speakers, Komplete Kontrol MKIII keyboard, Shure SM7B dynamic microphone and Sony c80 microphone. My studio is built to develop and produce songs from the ground up from initial ideas and demos to full production and mixing. It’s designed to support a fast and efficient workflow, allowing me to capture ideas quickly and turn them into polished, release-ready records.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I’m heavily inspired by producers and songwriters shaping modern pop, especially Louis Bell for his approach to vocal production and emotional clarity. I also look up to artists like Post Malone and Justin Bieber for their ability to blend genres while staying commercially relevant.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most of my work involves developing songs from early ideas into fully produced, release-ready records. I focus heavily on vocal production and topline development, making sure the emotion of the track translates in a modern and authentic way. The goal is always to create records that feel current, honest, and sonically competitive with today’s pop landscape.
