check_circleVerifiedJason is amazing! He’s so talented, kind, and truly collaborative. From the beginning he really listened to the emotion and message behind my song and helped shape it into something even stronger while keeping it authentic to me.
He has a great instinct for songwriting and knows how to turn ideas into great songs. I learned a lot working with him and the whole process felt easy, creative, and supportive. We made such a cool song together and I couldn’t have done it without him!! I’ll be back!!

Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: a SongBetter song for a singer songwriter in Texas...wanting a Musgraves meets Maroney vibe
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: I think so! a producer buddy of mine, Ian Walsh. AMAZING producer, guitar, instrumentalist
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: analog, but that stuff is expensive.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I think we're gonna dig in and have some fun creating
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: that it barely feels like a job.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: the way we work and communication? I'm all bout staying in touch, making sure it's moving forward. and even after I'd love to stay in touch
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: that it's either lyric or production....we can do both
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: Your Influences? what experience do you want out of working together? for fun? or honing the craft?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: you gotta jump into it. creating is the best. also: my hero of a producer once told me "the worst demo, is the one you didn't make"
