Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: my solo project Poison Ivy, my role was as the writer and co-producer. even though its been a few years since that release, it still gives me goosebumps
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I have just finished recording my mixtape

A: unfortunately not
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Analog for feel, digital for convenience
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: If they have an open mind and take in my input they'll never hear melodies the same way

A: Meeting like-minded people
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: Most common question is how fast can I get it done, my answer is always how fast do you need it.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: Most people assume that I cannot write melodies because they've only heard me rap
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: The main question I ask is how willing are they to put everything on the line for this
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Done is better than perfect
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: a phone, laptop, mic, interface, and headphones
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been at it for 16 years now.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: As a solo artist, my style is melodic trap meets occassional conscious rap
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Eminem, The Weeknd, as my biggest influences, i feel like they would have alot to teach me
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Sure, when I'm making random beats with no goal in mind. I always give myself no more than 30 minutes to come up with a loop and if that track is worth continuing after 30 minutes you can start arranging and adding transitions and all that.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Hiphop, RnB, Trap, Soul, Indie
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is having the inate ability to know the difference between a good melody and a great melody.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I've been told that I write the sweetest sounding melodies and my production always has that sparkling shimmering vibe.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: If I'm working for a client I always know what I'm gonna do before I even load up the project, getting in that mindstate is crucial for me because I pride myself on efficiency.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I got a basic setup at home; UR22C, SM58, HS5s. For mixing and mastering work I rent professional studios

A: Eminem, The Weeknd, Skrillex, Xxxtentacion
