A: I use both, but I lean toward digital for flexibility and speed. Digital tools allow me to work efficiently, recall sessions instantly, and collaborate remotely with artists worldwide. However, I love incorporating analog-style plugins and saturation to add warmth and character to my mixes.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Always start with a strong reference track. It helps guide your mix, arrangement, and energy levels. A/B your song with it throughout the process to stay on track and avoid overproducing.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: "My studio is equipped with industry-standard gear for high-quality production and engineering. I use FL Studio and Ableton Live for beat making and mixing, paired with studio monitors (Yamaha HS8) and Audio-Technica headphones for accurate sound. I record with a Focusrite Scarlett audio interface and a condenser mic in a treated space to ensure clean, pro-level vocals. I also use plugins like Waves, FabFilter, and iZotope for mixing and mastering
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I mostly produce custom beats and provide mixing and mastering services for independent artists. I take their raw vocal recordings and turn them into polished, radio-ready tracks—handling everything from sound design and arrangement to final mastering. Many clients also come to me for full production: I help bring their song ideas to life from scratch."
