I am el. It's nice to meet you! Im most likely in a sentimental and curious mood looking for ways to speak my truth whether its creating a song from scratch with truly harmonious lyrics and crazy (gatekeeped) HOOK and bridge skills. i absolutely love a good song structure whether its ambient, rnb, pop, soul. 🧸ྀི
On the search of pure creation and experimenting. I will take care of the vocals by recording them nice and clean and stack each layer where it shall be, where it belongs. I am truly able to alchemize and provide the closest version of the desired outcome and might even surprise you with more!
I also create and compose my own productions, try out remixes on my DAWS. Really into the sweet, bittersweet, pop, soulful, ethereal, rnb type of game <3 ⊹.˚🪞🕯️♡ i try to use interesting yet minimal chords on my guitar sessions.
(listens: sza, ravyn lenae, solange, victoria monet, ariana grande, anderson paak, leon thomas, alex isley, lucky daye, masego, kaytranada, the weeknd, tinashe, daniel ceasar, ari lennox, erykah badu, dangelo, giveon..) all the goodies ;)
I'd love to hear about your project. Click the 'Contact' button above to get in touch.

Interview with elsb4nk
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: Most people make assumptions without listening to the message, the process, the dedication to grow the muscle.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What are you looking for? What is your preferable work flow?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Be percise with what you need. And BE flexible.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My caramel coffee, a notebook, a pen, a pillow to sit on the floor and a dream
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: i was always a creative kid in school. I actually went to an art school for my highschool years, where i did many creative practices. I began my music journey through soul searching. Almost a year ago. At the starting point i felt this void that felt unexplainable. I developed skills through consistent work, studio everyday and slowly i learnt to settle into this foundation ive been building for myself, facing all types of challenges ahead. Turns out the void was me lacking the vision in my soul, body, mind, my life. It all then began to make sense.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: immersive.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Wow i'd love to work with Hailey Knox, Kaytranada, Sir, Jordan Ward, SAILOR,
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Do what sounds best for you. Your ear is unique. Just act on the urge to try. fail, and win. And again. Be uncertain, curious, patient, each time is different.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: RNB, POP, SOUL, NEO-SOUL,
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My vocals. My ideas for a good song-writing moment. Communicating through the element.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: you'll find out.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Usually, it starts of by an idea, (melody, a phrase, a word, a feeling) a clue on how i wanna interpret and understand the source of it how i wanna share it on the physical level through lyrics, and all of the above! I focus on communication with the collaborator/artists and careful deep acknowledgement of the position of each element throughout the process.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: pretty chill. A little keyboard, a mic, audio interface, chunky headphones and a daw will do it for me .
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: a good bouncy collab. i like wordplay
