I’m a professional saxophonist, arranger, and producer from Peru. I perform and record across jazz, R&B, pop, rock, indie, Latin genres, and traditional Peruvian music. I also specialize in arranging, transcribing, and recording, always delivering accurate, musical, and professional work.

Hi, I’m Ana Contreras — professional musician, saxophonist, arranger and producer based in Peru. My passion for music started at a young age, and over the years I’ve built a career that blends performance, creativity, and musicality.

As a saxophonist, I’ve performed in a wide range of settings — from intimate jazz gigs, performence in R&B, pop, rock and indie music, to Latin music productions — exploring genres like merengue, salsa, cumbia, ballads, and also tradicional peruvian music. This versatility has shaped my ability to adapt to any musical context while keeping a unique voice on my instrument.

Beyond performing, I’m deeply involved in arranging, transcribing, and recording for other artists. I like to deliver work that’s accurate, musical, and tailored to the client’s vision. My goal is always to bring out the best in each song and create something that feels alive.

Whether I’m recording a solo, writing a horn section, or transcribing a piece note-for-note, I approach every project with professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine love for music.
