Hi, I'm JP Faundez. (@jpfaundezmusic) I'm a professional drummer and percussionist with over 15 years of experience, and I've had the honor of recording and performing with Grammy-winning and internationally acclaimed artists such as Arturo Sandoval, Jesus Molina, Miguel Bosé, Thuy, and many more.

While my foundation is rooted in Jazz and Latin music, my work spans across genres including pop, funk, rock, fusion, R&B, gospel, world music, and singer-songwriter. I bring a deep musicality and versatility to every session, shaped by both my experience as a performer and my perspective as a composer. My goal is simple: to serve the song with intention, groove, and taste.

I work out of my own professional studio, custom-built for drum and percussion recording. The room is finely tuned and treated to capture rich, detailed tones, with top-tier mics and analog gear for maximum sonic flexibility. Whether you're looking for clean, modern drums or something raw and organic, I tailor each session to fit your sound using a wide variety of drums, cymbals, and percussive textures.
