Whatever melody, lyric, or idea that is in your head I want to make into a full song. I may be no professional, but I will put in the time, however much, to make your dream song a reality. And if it's not production you're looking for, I started writing when I was nine, and I've only improved (granted that was a pretty low bar)
Hey! I'm Tanner. It's nice to (eventually) meet you! I'm an independent music producer and song writer out of Idaho, USA (Yes, I love potatoes, but also that's not a real thing). I want to make your ideas for songs into fully fledged pieces of art. I love to work in electro-pop, folk / acoustic, and I also really like making progressive metal, though that's a more recent addition and I'm still working on that one!
I am primarily open for work for smaller artists, under 25k monthly listeners or so. I will take those with higher numbers, but I feel my skills will be better suited for that group.
I am offering full one-on-one (one band, person, etc) production where we can work together to make your dream song a reality. If you already got production, I also offer songwriting! I have a lot of experience in writing non-standard structure lyrics (as in don't follow the basic pop-structure that's everywhere). I can also write on a specific theme, message, or situation.

Interview with Tanner Jensen
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I want you to be satisfied! If you aren't happy with something, I will absolutely fix it. I want to make a song what you want, and I will make it happen.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I get to do my favorite hobby for work, so, that's nice. Also I really enjoy making creative projects, something so satisfying about a song appearing from thin air.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Talk to me! Literally just open a chat or email, even if you aren't wanting to start anytime soon, let me see if I could help you. I don't mind.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: Well, I technically started when I was around 11 in SoundTrap with something I actually named 'A Saw to Ears,' which is pretty accurate. I got serious about producing two to three years ago in GarageBand, then got really serious once I got Logic.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: "Could I interest you in a little bit of everything all of the time?" sums it up pretty nicely.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Smaller ones, at least for now. I feel I would be better at helping the newer artists getting on their feet with a project than a massive artist staying on their feet.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: EQ your reverb (unless you intentionally want it a little muddy). Also, take the time to listen to tracks individually, especially vocals. Comping and editing vocals without even listening to them should be considered a crime.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: This is a hard question to answer because I genuinely don't know, I guess it could be defined as electronic, but that's very general. I like everything from orchestral ballads to heavy metal ragers.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I'm a bedroom producer so I do a bit of everything everywhere! Most of the time when I'm recording instrumentals or the random vocal, bedroom is the best for sound. I work in Logic Pro using a Scarlet 4i4 to utilize guitar and bass.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: There are so many, from the production side of things I really like Jason Suwito, amazing electronic music, band wise (more specifically their sound) Sleep Token and MOTHICA really set some goals for me.
