Mixing Engineer

Hi there, I'm Lyndsay and I'm a mixing engineer and producer based in Perth, Western Australia

I'm a professional audio engineer based in Perth, WA. After completing my Bachelor of Music in Sound Production and Music Performance learning from established Brisbane and ARIA-award winning engineers Yanto Browning, Magoo and Grammy winning Mike Howlett, I commenced an internship at Gasworks Studios in Brisbane and afterwards became a freelance producer. Within the last few years, I have worked with signed and independent musicians either on my own or with Lush Studios in Brisbane working with artists like Zedd, Delta Goodrem, INXS as well as mixing for smaller artists around the globe. Now I've moved to Perth to embark on a new chapter.

Every project starts with you, the artist, so I’d like to have a chat about your vision for your song, EP or album. Why are you doing this, and what is your goal? Are there any elements in other songs that you like? Once I know what you are after it will be easy and quick for me to deliver a great mix or master for you. At the top of my priorities is style, and understanding how to hit that goal of an artist is fundamental in creating a good mix. Whether it's a larger than life rock song with thundering wide guitars or a small arrangement, I understand how to get the song's message through the mix.
