Content Review & Brief Check – I listen through the episode, check for the intended tone, and review any show notes or client instructions. 2. Cleanup & Editing – I remove filler words, awkward pauses, background noise, and ensure clean transitions. I also mix in the intro/outro and music for a polished sound. 3. Quality Check – I do a final listen for pacing, volume consistency, and audio clarity before export. 4. Add-Ons (if included) – I create transcripts, write SEO-friendly show notes, or repurpose clips for social media. 5. Delivery & Revisions – I deliver the final files within the agreed timeline (usually 3–7 days) and include 5 rounds of revisions for minor tweaks. I also use tools like Descript, Adobe, and CapCut depending on the project needs. Communication and feedback are key, I always check in to ensure the episode matches the brand voice and goals.
