Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: -Using the recent life-alterating event from October 2024 that led to taking a leap and seeking mentorship from successful entrepreneurs that resulted in a recent published book mentioned above
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: -Networking for collab opportunities -Adding to my first chapter of the A Vocal Embrace: For the Love of Music narrative that was published on Amazon in April 2025 -Currently receiving mentorship under 2 mentors
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: -Shelter in the form of a tent -Audio recorder - -
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I started feeling like I had a singing voice when a relative asked me to sing for her wedding - I was 16 years old. I share even earlier origins back in the early 1980s attending church with my maternal grandmother in Santee, CA, in Book on Love - Jan Fraser's latest Inspired Life Series (29 APRIL 2025). A: Soulful with hints of Mariah Carey-like vocal wispy accents
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Janet Jackson's body of work is most influential - I identify most with her from also being the youngest before my baby half-brother was born; there's a 14-yr age gap.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Adult contemporary
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Improv
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Harmonies and enhancements with echo or some form of unique sound that adds more depth to the overall feel of the song
