Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I was an artist that needed studio time around the clock,so I began recording and mixing myself. I've been engineering for the past 7 years.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: hip hop mixing is most common.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both. Analog warmth and color with digital precision.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: To deliver on time and accurate to my clients wishes.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: The freedom to create and go past "boundaries".
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: laptop,headphones,interface,microphone,chair

A: Hip Hop and R&B is my specialty

A: The ability to listen
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring a vibe that you might not have considered that coincides with your vision.

A: I converse with my client about their vision for the song and then get to work focusing on achieving that.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I run a home studio with an in the box setup. Pro Tools 12, Focusrite converter and Slate Digital, Waves, Soundtoys plug ins plus many more.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Far as hip hop, Dr. Dre and Irko are great mixers. When it comes to rock, CLA and Pensado.
