I have toured internationally (Spanish tour with Depedro and Los Angeles Residency with The Valentines). I am also a skilled multi-instrumentalist, specialising in piano, bass, mandolin and lap steel guitar. I also studied at the London College of Music and The Liverpool Institute Of Performing Arts for orchestral arrangements.

My name is Joseph Griffin and I am an established session guitarist and multi-instrumentalist within the North East of England. I have over a decade of varied playing experience across a wide variety of genres from supporting acoustic singer songwriters at The Mint in Los Angeles through to being a featured artist within an 11 piece latin band that toured Spain in 2024. I work extensively as a session player so will be able to find the exact part that is right for you!
In addition to guitar, I am also a trained pianist and bassist. I specialise in Americana and roots rock music (Springsteen/The Band etc) but can also work well with rock, folk and soul music. I am used to working within budgets and within short time frames so I will be able to get the song back to you in a very quick turnaround.
