I’m a double bassist, multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and sound engineer specialized in American Roots Music. A professional touring musician and sound engineer, I offer double bass tracks, full productions, and vintage-tone mixes from my period-correct 1950s studio. Focused on Early Jazz, Country, Rock’n’Roll, Rockabilly and Doo Wop.

If you need a slick funk bass line, I’m probably not your guy. But if you’re after the real 40s, 50s, and 60s sound, that’s where I come in. If you appreciate Elvis, Hank Williams, Ruth Brown, Buck Owens, The Platters, or more contemporary artists like JD McPherson and Pokey LaFarge, that's what I'm really good at. My approach comes from a deep understanding and passion for this style in its most authentic form. And this music it's all about language.

With my studio, equipped with RCA microphones, Altec and Collins mixers, LA-2A, and more, I can provide professional double bass recordings with a true vintage tone. I also record drums, guitar, and electric bass, and work with professional musicians for piano, horns, steel guitar, and other instruments. Whether you need instrumental tracks, full-band arrangements, or complete productions, I can deliver. I also offer mixing services to help shape recordings with the right Roots Music sound. I can also write songs true to the 40s, 50s, and 60s style.

I perform over 200 concerts a year across Europe and the United States, playing at festivals such as Summer Jamboree (IT), Sjock Festival (BE), High-Rockabilly (ESP), Equiblues (FR), and more.
