I am an allround musician, vocalist, lyricist and creative songwriter from Amsterdam. I've studied at the Conservatory of Amsterdam at the pop department, vocals. I took classes in songwriting, lyric writing, vocal harmony, world rhythm, production, electric guitar, theory and many more. After my studies I played with my alternative indie band 'The Visual' throughout Europe and released three albums and one EP. Currently I am working on my alternative electronic RnB project called 'Amor', working on an EP and playing live at the moment.

Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What is your story? What do you want to tell your listeners? And how do you want to make them feel?
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: The Visual, my alternative indie band. We've recorded three albums and one EP. Played multiple stages, radiostations and theaters across Europe.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: My soloproject 'Amor'.

A: Both, best of both worlds.

A: to create beauty and a banger of a song.

A: Writing music, creative work and working together.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: Being a mixer and allround producer. I am a songwriter that uses production as part of the writing process, I am not a mixer.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Creative writing, songwriting, vocals, lyric writing.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Laptop (logic, Ableton, Sample Packs), drumcomputer, electric guitar, synthesizer and microphone

A: I've been writing music and performing music live for over 10 years. I studied vocals at the Conservatory of Amsterdam (Popular music). Had an alternative indie band 'The Visual' for over 7 years and currently working on my new solo project 'Amor' for almost 1 year.

A: Should catch your attention, needs to be catchy but refreshing and authentic.

A: Production, songwriting, instrumentation, arrangements, vocals and lyrics.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: 1) starting creative songwriting: drums, synth melodies and samples. 2) Structuring parts: deciding on song structure such as verses, choruses, bridge, etc 3) Adding details and arrangements: vocal lines and instrumentation 4) Lyric writing and recording vocal dubs 5) Revision of song, final version? Check with other people, what else is needed? 6) Finish song 7) Mix and master by third party
