I’m Jacque Ryal, a singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and women-in-music advocate based in NYC.

I’m best known as one half of the synth-pop duo Ryal, alongside my music partner Aaron Nevezie. Together, we’ve written, recorded, and released 52 original works, earning recognition from PopDust, Line of Best Fit, LadyGunn, WFNM, and more. Both our single Pressure and our EP "The End is Near Here" have streamed over 100K on Spotify. We’ve performed at iconic NYC venues like The Knitting Factory, The Sultan Room, Bronx Brewery Summer Music Festival, Creative Mornings NYC, Mercury Lounge, and opened for Def Jam/Roc Nation artist Kasha Paige at The Gap Inc. House Sessions. Our music has also been placed over 30 times on ABC/Disney morning shows, including Live with Kelly & Ryan and Live with Kelly & Mark.

In 2020, I dove into music production to expand my creative skill set. By 2023, I had released my first self-produced EP and started co-writing and producing for artists like Veronika Jokel and Bridges. I’ve also written topline for composers like Transient Park and Matt Nicholson, with our work published by Ninja Tunes. Additionally, I’ve participated in songwriting and sync conferences, as well as networking groups, including Ari Heartstand & Anti Social Club's SongCon, Blue Buddha's sync Patreon group, Durango Songwriters Expo, and MONDO NYC.
