C. Jordan Alexander—CJ—is a music producer, composer, and mixing engineer from Chicagoland who creates emotionally compelling records through sophisticated musicality, bold sonic exploration, and deliberate craftsmanship.

Raised in a vibrant musical community immersed in Jazz, Soul, Hip-Hop, and Gospel, CJ built his foundation through community mentorship in performance and composition. He refined his craft studying Jazz Saxophone and Recording Arts at Northern Illinois University, where he began his production career in 2017 with concert recordings and live sound.

Since then, he recorded and mixed all types of artists from rappers to rock bands, composed music for multimedia projects, and helped artists to navigate the chaos in the production process. With over 15 years of musicianship and 7 years in production, he bridges the gap between raw artistry and professional execution.

CJ is obsessed with how sound translates into emotion, believing that music should move people. Artists value CJ for transforming fragmented ideas into unified, impactful records. Trusted as a hands-on collaborator, CJ empowers serious, career-focused artists to connect with fans through authentic, innovative music.
