I’m Winchester 7 (Win), an indie rock artist, producer, and consultant helping artists develop their music, finish projects, and make smarter use of technology in their creative work.

I’m Winchester 7 (Win), an independent recording artist working primarily in indie rock, alternative rock, garage rock, indie pop, and related styles.

My approach starts with understanding what you’re trying to make. I listen to the material, learn what matters to you, identify what’s already working, and discuss areas that could be developed. I’m not interested in grading somebody else’s art or turning your record into mine. I want to understand what you set out to do, offer my perspective, and help you make the best version of it.

That can mean consulting on a song or lyrics, developing a production roadmap, reviewing an EP as a complete creative project, or producing a song through an agreed finished stage. I also offer practical technology consultation for creatives around storage and backup, collaboration, AI tools, project workflows, and related needs.

Creative work needs room to be creative. It also benefits from getting finished. I bring more than 20 years of professional project and program management experience, including Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, to a process with clear scope, communication, review points, and a path to completion.
