  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: Tory Lanez's last project because he is an artist that I have been trying to get to and him being in jail and recording through his phone was even crazier for me! Once in a lifetime experience.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: Working on some artist albums and singles such as Katseye, Blackpink, Myke Towers, Eladio Carrion, Tory Lanez and more.

  5. Q: Analog or digital and why?

  6. A: Both! Because it's always great to mix :)

  7. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  8. A: Quality, quickness and elite level mixing and songs.

  9. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  10. A: That everyday there is a new piece of art being created. So many different takes on music and song writing and its so much fun to be able to bring those ideas to life.

  11. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  12. A: How fast can you do this? And my answer... however fast you need it done (with quality ofcourse)

  13. Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

  14. A: My biggest misconception is that people sometimes think I am only a melody guy! However, drums used to be my main strong suit :)

  15. Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

  16. A: What type of sound are they going for? Clean/Distorted/Ethereal and other important elements to help execute the sound you're going for.

  17. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  18. A: The more detail and vision the better for me to paint the picture that you are going for!

  19. Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

  20. A: OBX, Macbook, SM7B, Interface and some headphones!

  21. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  22. A: 15 years! And it was my only choice haha.

  23. Q: How would you describe your style?

  24. A: Hard hitting drums with pretty chord progressions. Clean mix with heavy bass as well.

  25. Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

  26. A: Would love to work with Rosalia and Don Toliver because of their unique project concepts and sonics they choose.

  27. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  28. A: Definitely make sure the music has space! Less is more and there should always be room for the vocal as an instrumental as well!

  29. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  30. A: Pop, KPOP, Reggaeton and Hip-Hop.

  31. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  32. A: Melody composition and finding earworm-like phrases.

  33. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  34. A: Taking the song to the next level whether it's starting it with catchy melodies or finishing it off with the last 20% that makes the song sound big.

  35. Q: What's your typical work process?

  36. A: Starting with the melodies first then creating the rhythm that moves the music.

  37. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  38. A: State of the art home studio.

  39. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  40. A: I am inspired from the likes of Quincy Jones, Mike Dean, Ian Kirkpatrick, BOI-1DA, Smash David and many more.

  41. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  42. A: Full custom productions for most genres of music. Professional mixing and mastering as well as toplining services can be provided.
